Policy

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES  
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to  the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.  However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if  photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery. 

You may return or exchange your unused product within 14 days of  purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items. We do not do exchanges at this time. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that  you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your  unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price. Please contact us  at thesasharoma@gmail.com if you have any questions or concerns.

Refunds  
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let  you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be  automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10  business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or  credit card company to process and post the refund too.
